My Review

I loved this book and it came into my life just when I needed some direction and spiritual uplifting.  This book gives very practical advice and easy to follow examples that everyone can follow and that they won't feel like they have oodles of homework to make positive progress.  I find that this book was done in layman's terms so anyone will feel comfortable reading this book and understanding exactly what Ted is meaning and what we need to learn in order to take the chains off ourselves and live a fulfilling life.  I felt that I had a connection with Ted he wrote me a personal note in the copy of my book and I felt that this man is living what he writes and that he is a loving wonderful human being.

I would definitely recommend this book and give it a 5 out 5.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Ted Karam and Bostick Communications for providing me with a copy of this book for my honest review.

Canadian Mom Blogger

I am now on the blogroll for Canadian Mom Blogger, it is a great list of Canadian bloggers.  I found the information on Simply Stacie.  I am very excited to network with my fellow Canadian's.  Please check it out.
I feel like my household could be on an episode of SuperNanny!!!  My two year is still needs a nap because by the end of the day she is so crabby she needs to be by herself, but when having a nap she then stays up until 11:00 pm or later, making for a very long day for Mommy.  My oldest daughter has always been a problem child when it comes to sleeping and she can stay up late, she is a nighowl like her Dad.  So needless to say I am dragging my heels today.

My day didn't start out that well, my Dad comes to my house and looks after the girls for me and this morning I awoke to the doorbell ringing, so I asked my mom to wait for me while I quickly jumped into some clothes, washed my face, brushed my teeth and dashed out the door.  I loaded on the perfume too, hoping that I am not smelly for my co-workers.

I don't know what to do about my kids, we have a regular bedtime routine, which usually starts around 7:00 pm with a bath, books, bedtime snack and then tuck-in, well my kids think that the can get out of bed repeatedly, I just don't know what to do.  My kids love spending time with me and want lots of cuddles and kisses but my the end of the day I would just like a bit of down time.  Has anyone had these problems?  Any suggestions?
