Bella Luna the 2nd, this is not entirely the same as Bella Luna the 1st as I try to make each piece unique.  I hope that lucky lady that is going to get this will like it!!

We had a snow day today, the weather was far too cold for the buses to run, I am supposed to be organizing my girls toys but playing on the computer always distracts me.  What are you up to today!!

Pearl Knotting

I promised this necklace last week but I ran into some problems securing the clamshells, my silk thread broke and I left it for awhile until I could figure out what I should do to finish up this project.  I have had these pearls for almost a year,  but when I first tried I was unsuccessful, until I found the directions on Fusion Beads for pearl knotting, oh how having tweezers makes this job so much better.

I have another necklace that I have been working on, I found the chain at Michael's, I thought it was very cool because it is black and gold and I thought that with the gold locket it would look awesome, but now that I have finished it up I am thinking that the chain is to delicate for what I have done.  Please let me know what you think?

5th Edition of the Bead Soup Blog Party

Hip, Hip, hurray!!!  I have been selected to participate in the 5th Bead Soup Blog Party!!!  I feel very lucky there were 384 people that signed up to participate, so I feel very honored that I was selected.  I have been paired up with Kristina Johanson, Maneki's Bead Blog, I am very excited to get to know Kristina and participate in this challenge.
