First Day of Preschool

My youngest started her first day of preschool this last week, we have been talking about her going to Day school (her word)  for months.  She is more outgoing and assertive than my oldest daughter so I figured that she wouldn't have many problems interacting and making new friends.  But I have learned that don't jump to conclusions because you just never know what will happen.  She started late too, all the other kids have been with each other since the middle of September.  It was a success, both of her teachers said she was an old pro she followed the rules, played and participated.  Yahoo!!!  She had planned that she would have a bath that morning, wash and condition her hair, comb and brush her teeth and put on a new pretty dress that her Mama and brought her just  for the occasion.  She stuck to her words, so adorable!!!  Here is my little pumpkin all ready for her first day of preschool!!!

Don't you just love that wild curly hair!!!  These moments are so precious, before I know it we will be taking this photo with her off on her Grade 12 graduation.

Have a great day!

Take care,
Penny

  2. Penny, I'm glad to hear your daughter had a good first day in preschool!! My youngest son started preschool in September, and each day is still touch and go. Usually he's quite unsure about saying goodbye but ends up having such a good time. He only goes twice a week, so I think that's why it's like starting over each time.
