Everything but the toggle from the earth tone necklace came from Michael's. I had a good time picking out my beads for these two pieces and I was really lucky to take advantage of there great sale and coupons. Thank you Michael's.
I would like to try another variation of this necklace using chain and beads I think that is would look really cool.

Much love,

Very beautiful work Penny. I didn't know anything that beautiful could be made from Michaels components. I do buy beads there occasionally but make sure I use coupons. I love the earthy feel necklace - guess it appeals to me because I love earth tones. They are both stunning!
ReplyDeleteWhat great variations! I love that with swapping out just a few beads and the color of the metal you can make this totally different. I would love to see how it turns out with chain. I hadn't thought of that! It might simplify things greatly though! So happy that you played along with me. These variations are so much fun for me to see! Enjoy the day. Erin
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I so wanted to do this challenge but time just didin't allow for it. I even went hunting for similar beads at Michaels but didn't buy anthing. I love that you got everything but one clasp at Michals.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
You really did an amazing job!!! I love it!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese both seriously rock! I really love the second piece with chain. I also really love the clasp. We are kindred spirits;)
ReplyDeleteMany blessings,
Holly
Both of your pieces are great, but I especially like your gunmetal neklace. Very nice. I finally got mine done and the blog post up if you'd like to check it out.
