Oprah's Lifeclass Tour

Does anyone follow Oprah?  I caught the final day of the Oprah Lifeclass tour, I wish I would have seen them all there was a lot of life changing advice.  Here are some of the top lessons learned from the tour.  I am taking some things away from these lessons and rolling them around in my brain to see how they apply to my life.
